Q: Does OcuIQ monitor what employees are doing on screen?
A: No. OcuIQ only records whether a break prompt was completed, partially taken or dismissed. It does not monitor keystrokes, mouse movements, screen content or application usage.
Q: Does it require IT installation?
A: The web version runs in any browser with no installation required. A lightweight Windows desktop version is available for organisations that prefer a system-level deployment.
Q: Is it GDPR compliant?
A: Yes. OcuIQ collects only break compliance data. No personal health data is shared with employers. Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
Q: What does it cost?
A: The pilot is free. Commercial pricing post-pilot is approximately £2 per employee per month.
